Sembcorp completes $4.32bn Alinta Energy acquisition

Sembcorp Industries has completed its A$6.5 billion acquisition of Alinta Energy, which was first announced in December 2025. The deal adds 10.4GW to Sembcorp's Australian generation pipeline.
