In a new weekly update for pv magazine , Solcast, a DNV company, reports that Europe’s May weather was marked by a mid-month Arctic cold outbreak followed by a persistent heat dome that brought clear skies, record temperatures, and above-average solar irradiance across much of Central and Western Europe.
